The Hoverboard is Finally Here and We Have an AirBoard to Prove It!

Even though the AirWheel AirBoard 1.0 was just released, that didn’t stop hoverboard enthusiasts from drooling over its magnificent specs before it even made it off the manufacturing floor. Representing cutting edge balance, this two wheeled scooter is extremely intrusive and quite easy to use. The pressure pad footrests are sensitive to the slightest pressure and will propel the unit forward when you place your foot down. It is also very easy to turn and navigate and you can also twirl in place as well if you get enough practice. The LED display and futuristic design take this kit to a whole other level.

The following are some of the specs this beauty will have going for it:
  • Can run for 40 minutes at a stretch or 7 – 9 miles when it is fully charged,

Maneuverability

As mentioned before, the AirBoard 1.0 is completely intuitive which basically means that you can control it with slight movements of your body. It is also incredibly agile and can turn 360 degrees in place without throwing off its rider. The self balancing feature makes sure of that and also allows riders to race around at speeds topping 10 miles/hr.

Chargeability



Since it has an in-built Li-ion battery, the AirBoard 1.0 can be charged quickly once it is plugged into a main power switch with the provided charger. It will take an hour to charge completely and once it does, it will be ready to go once again. Additionally, it is also rated IP54 which basically means that it is water proof to an extent. You can take it out for a spin amidst light drizzle, but I wouldn’t go out in a storm with it if I were you.
Currently, we also know that the AirWheel should be used on roads and is best used on pavements or in parks and cycle paths.

Recommendation
